Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8v77 website at https://8v77.bet, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8v77 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, form the complete and binding agreement between you (the registered player) and 8v77 (the platform operator). In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8v77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable regulations. When material changes are made, 8v77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8v77 platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 8v77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 8v77 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all registered players without exception.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using the platform as a business or commercial entity for the purpose of arbitrage, professional syndicate betting, or any other commercial wagering activity not explicitly permitted by 8v77.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 8v77, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless 8v77 has granted explicit written permission.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had an account permanently closed by 8v77 for any reason.

Age Verification Process

8v77 is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all registered players are required to submit valid identification documents to verify their age and identity before their first withdrawal is processed, and in certain cases before their first deposit is accepted. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi driving licence.

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age at any point during the verification process or through any other means, 8v77 will immediately suspend and permanently close the account. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after verification of the deposit method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in full. 8v77 may report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities.

Section 3

Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of services offered by 8v77 — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on 8v77 at any given time. Duplicate accounts — that is, more than one account registered to the same individual, regardless of whether different email addresses or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8v77 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings accrued on duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds claimed on duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8v77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

KYC Verification

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, 8v77 may at any time request that a player complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of your National Identity Card (NID), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on 8v77 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 8v77 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if they attempt to fund their account from a non-BDT source.

Accepted Payment Methods

8v77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit on 8v77 is ৳500 via all supported mobile money platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. The maximum single deposit is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit has been approved for your account by the 8v77 finance team. Mobile money deposits are typically credited to your BDT wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to process during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Verification of your account (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account, unless otherwise approved by the 8v77 finance team.

Transaction Records

A complete record of all deposits, withdrawals, and wager transactions is maintained in your 8v77 account transaction history. Players are encouraged to review their transaction history regularly. If you identify any discrepancy in your transaction history, please contact our support team immediately. 8v77 maintains transaction logs for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard AML compliance requirements.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

8v77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the terms set out in this section and in the specific promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 8v77 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is credited. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means that a player who receives a ৳1,000 bonus must place total wagers of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain crash game titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses by creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of their wagering use on the 8v77 platform.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in each promotion's terms. Any bonus balance remaining in your account after the expiry date will be automatically removed. Associated wagering progress will also be reset. 8v77 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 8v77 — whether on sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, or on casino games including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting games — are governed by the general rules set out in this section and by any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by 8v77. 8v77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where there is evidence of fraudulent or collusive activity, or where a bet exceeds the applicable maximum stake limit for the market. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding on both the player and 8v77, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the relevant market or game.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 8v77. These limits are displayed in the game interface or betting slip prior to bet placement. Minimum stakes on sports betting markets start from ৳50. Minimum bets on casino games vary by title and table. Maximum stakes depend on the market, game type, and your account tier. 8v77 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account without prior notice.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game or sports betting event, 8v77 will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8v77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. The decision of 8v77 in such matters is final. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino games on the 8v77 platform.

Sports Betting — Specific Rules

For cricket betting and other sports markets, 8v77 follows standard industry settlement rules. Key provisions include: matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result are typically voided; player proposition bets (e.g., top run scorer) are settled based on official match statistics; and in-play bets placed after an event has commenced are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted by the system, not at the time the player submitted the bet request.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

8v77 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8v77 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into your 8v77 account. This includes the use of stolen bKash or Nagad account credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or chargeback fraud via Visa or Mastercard.
• Money Laundering: Using 8v77 for the purpose of money laundering or any other financially criminal activity. 8v77 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players, whether at live casino tables or in any other game format, to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Software Exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the 8v77 platform in a manner not intended for human players. This includes but is not limited to auto-clicking bots, arbitrage bots, and RNG prediction software.
• Hacking and Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 8v77 system, database, or another player's account by any means.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through hedging, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your registered 8v77 account, including family members, friends, or business associates.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with 8v77 support staff.

Section 8

Account Closure and Suspension

8v77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity; or at the player's own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any registered player may request the voluntary closure of their 8v77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before closing your account, any remaining balance in your BDT wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Involuntary Suspension and Closure

Where 8v77 suspends or closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or due to suspected fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, 8v77 may forfeit the withheld balance to cover any losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately deposited funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 8v77 will attempt to contact the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative action is taken. If contact cannot be established within 30 days, 8v77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance — whichever is lower — until the account balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from 8v77 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of being processed by our responsible gaming team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and all marketing communications will be ceased.
